Origin:

Vineyard profile: The grapes come from different plots on the Casa La Rad estate, located in the Ocón Valley, in Rioja Oriental. Grown at an altitude of between 530 and 650 meters and surrounded by natural vegetation, these vines benefit from a diverse and balanced environment that promotes slow ripening and great aromatic intensity.

The soils, composed of alluvial clays, limestone, and rockier areas at higher elevations, contribute structure, freshness, and complexity to the wine.

Vinification and aging:

Vinification: Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks, with maceration lasting between 15 and 18 days at a controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic intensity and purity of the fruit.

Subsequently, part of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in tanks and part in barrels.
